Project# 08-8233) Dear Ms. Johnson: Staff reviewed the above referenced site plan and found the following needs to be addressed. 1. Add a note on the site plan, "Exterior Building Design Standards - 106% masonry and glass products" shall be applicable for the proposed building. 2. Show legal description — Lot 5, GRY Subdivision Replat, W. M. Jones Survey, Abstract 482, LaPorte, Harris County, Texas. 3. Add address — 9711 Spencer Highway. 4. Indicate name, location, and recording information for adjacent property to the north, e.g. Lot 4, Block 1, GRY s/d. 5. Add Flood Statement, Site Plan, and City Approving Authority Certificates on the site plan. 6. Show the routing of on -site utilities (i.e. water, sewer). Identify proposed water and sewer line sizes, taps, and meters for potable and irrigation. Minimum sewer tap is 6". 7. Sanitary sewer line size along Spencer Highway is 8" not 12". However, waterline size is 12". 8. Sample well is required to be shown min. 5' from the building. 9. Provide landscape legend, type, number, and size of trees and plants/shrubs proposed for the site. 10.
