The City of La Porte received your resubmittal for an amending plat for Baker 6'h Grade Campus
(Case # 14-81000005) and conducted our review of the documentation submitted. This letter includes
all comments and questions related to your submittal by various city agencies.
Planning:

I . Make sure that you include "Amending Plat" under the title of the plat:

2.. Verify the various signature blocks include the appropriate information required in the code.
Also ensure that there are appropriate lines for the various signators to sign the document.
3. Enclosure 11 — Title Certificate Information. The City requires a title certificate or similar
document to verify appropriate ownership of title and lienholders, if any. The title work also
demonstrates any special private easements that would need to be included in the plat
document. Enclosure 1 I includes the information required for a Title Certificate. The Title
Certificate must be performed within thirty days of the filing date of the plat with Harris
County.
