Staff reviewed the subject plat and comments are as follows: 1. As we discussed at the counter, please clean up and remove internal and external contour lines. 2. Show a few contours with ---- (grayed out). 3. Establish internal side building lines for reserves A&B. 4. Define the 16 U.E., approximate location is not acceptable. 5. Show the nearest Survey Control Monument with exact bearing and distances and tie-in to a defined point on the perimeter boundary of the property. 6. Provide a utility schematic for this subdivision. 7. Suggest name of the proposed subdivision and insert it in the City Approving Authority Certificate on the plat. (For filing and tracking purposes, it is better to have a name of the subdivision — instead of all Legal Description) Show vicinity /key map in the right hand top corner and balance the language to leave less blank space on the plat.
