Per your recommendation in our previous e-mail correspondence, Frontier Logistics request the withdrawal of our
existing Clearing Permit and submits the attached permit application to the City of La Porte. Also attached, please find
our tree count performed by W.T. Byler. Soil and site surveys will be conducted soon that will assist in our civil
engineering. Our final plans will include the planting of trees and other landscaping to be determined, and of course, we
will continue to adhere to all city ordinances and requirements.
