This needs to be placed on Original Mylar not with pencil. • Add a note on the site plan — "Separate fence permit shall be required from the City prior to erection of any fencing material." • Cover up patching is unacceptable in proposed dumpster enclosure area. This should be corrected on original mylar. Once corrected (no penciled/glued), please submit a original Mylar for the Director's approval. No. K-1227, Elevation 25.20 feet, NAVD 88, adj. June 1991. A level line was run from this bench mark to a manhole on the west sige of N. 16th Street, opposite the northwesterly corner of the subject tract. The elevation of found W cut in the rim of said manhole was determined to be 19.10 feet. On 12/21/2011 a level line was run from Floodplain RM No. 060035, Elevation 20.06 feet, NAVD 88, 2001 adj. to the aforesaid manhole and the elevation of the found W cut on the rim of said manhole was determined to be 19.07 feet. Therefore the difference between the two bench marks is 0.03 feet, based on the two level lines and there would be no significant difference between the June 1991 adj. and the 2001 adj.
