Subject: Assignment of Capital Improvement Projects
With Mr. Kneupper leaving the City's employment, there are several important Capital
Improvement Projects that will need attention to keep moving forward.
Per our discussion, I am assigning to you the Project Management responsibilities for the
following projects:
■ Bay Area Blvd. Trunk Sewer
• Bay Area Blvd. Utility Relocation
■ Bay Area Blvd. Roadway —this is a Harris County project. Your responsibility will be
that of a liaison / city contact.
• Canada Road Utilities Design / Installation
• Canada Road Extension
■ Fire Station #2 Design / Construction
■ Fire Station #3 Design / Construction
I wish to thank you for your willingness to step in and assist the organization during this time.
It would be beneficial for us to meet with Mr. Kneupper to discuss these projects and inform our
consultants that you will be representing the City.
