Provided however, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Grantee shall not install or maintain any telecommunications facilities which exceed a height of 20 feet above the surface grade of the easement. (d) Subject to the rights granted to GRANTEE as set forth herein, including, but not limited to the right to pave the surface of the easement, after the construction of.
