THAN 40 AND A PLASTICITY INDEX BETWEEN 8 AND 20 WLL BE SUITABLE FOR
SELECT IMPERVIOUS FILL. THE RECOMMENDED EARTHWORK CONSTRUCTION
PROCEDURES UNDER BUILDING AND PAVING AREAS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
