OF THE CITY OF LA PORTS, TEXAS HAS APPROVED THIS SITE PLAN AND
DEVELOPMENT OF UNDERWOOD DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN CONFORMANCE WITH
THE LAWS OF THE STA E OF TEXAS AND THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LA PORTE.
