Austin,
Rando with Gallant Builders is working on the project for Enterprise
Products which is located at 1200 N. Broadway. The site currently
consists of 3 HCAD Parcels which they are working on combining. In the
mean time they need a new address assigned to the entire site (3 HCAD).
This is to differentiate it from a parcel Enterprise owns to the south
which is also assigned as 1200 N. Broadway. Additionally, they have a
facility across the street in Morgan’s Point that is assigned 1200 N.
Broadway as well. They are planning to have 1 electric and water meter.
I would maybe suggest something like 1210 N. Broadway? Let me know if
you have any questions.

Good morning Ian,
Following up on a voicemail I left you this morning, I need some
direction on getting the address for these two new buildings we plan to
build next year.
Enterprise (Owner) has requested for us to look into having one single
address for both buildings, so we want to know if that is possible.
Regardless of that though we need to establish an address in order to
proceed with CenterPoint Energy.
If you could help me with these items or point me in the right
direction to who would be the person to speak with I would greatly
appreciate it.
