After speaking with staff here, we’ve come up with the addresses of
1212 N Broadway St and 1210 N Broadway St. 1212 will be assigned to the
westernmost building in the attached pdf, and 1210 will be the
easternmost. These will still be subject to change pending site plan
approval.

As you may be aware that due to CPE constraints we are unable to
proceed with just a single address. With that being said we need to make
sure the delineation between the two sites are acceptable by the City of
