We have the service address as 222 Bayshore Ave and the account is
active. The mailing address is set as 222 Bayshore Dr. I believe they
are receiving their statement because I don’t see any penalty fees.

Good afternoon Kelly,
I’m trying to figure out some addressing issues we’ve been having
lately and had a couple of questions for you that might help clear some
things up for me.
The attached photo “Capture.png” shows a couple of addresses on
Bayshore Ave. The situation is kind of murky at the moment, but some of
the emails below lend me to thinking the addresses could be on Drive
rather than Avenue.
Can you tell if the person at 222 Bayshore Avenue (or Drive) is
receiving their bills or paying them? I don’t know how billing works
here, but I’m wondering if you might know what is getting written on the
envelope that goes to them if it gets mailed? If they’re not getting
some mail from us, I’m wondering if the address should be changed from
Ave to Dr.

You can see our records show 222 Bayshore Dr.
That we deleted 226 since it is an inactive property… a vacant lot.

note on 226 in Naviline.

Hi Abrin, will you please help us with the request below for address
correction in Naviline. Please advise which address is correct.
Also, 226 Bayshore Drive has a note in naviline… would you be able to
remove that note? Was 226 Bay Shore Drive 222 Bay Shore Drive and
maybe the properties got combined?

Can you please take care of the changes that we have discussed
yesterday?
Please add Ave behind 222 Bayshore instead of DR UB. Location# 10682.
Please remove note in naviline that states “Formely 222 Bayshore Dr”
that is next to 226 Bayshore. Location# 9450.
Also, if Code Enforcement can speak to Antonio Washington in regards to
peeling the numbers off the mailbox and changing the numbers on the
house from 226 to 222 Bayshore. His phone number is (347) 631-4203.
