Sheet 1
1. Ya’ll are asking for the recorded easement to be called out on the plans. Have you gotten it recorded? I haven’t seen a copy of it yet. The Planning Staff should be able to
send you a copy of the recorded easement and/or provide the record number for you to add to the callout.
2. Not sure what you mean by the conflict between COLP & LPAWA waterline. Do you just want me to clarify tapping the 16” waterline. It appears that you will be relocating and/or
installing new storm sewer infrastructure. This comment was to inform you that there may be a need to modify the existing water line(s) to avoid a conflict with the proposed storm sewer
improvements.
3. The b inlets in tx-dot is permitted per tx-dot. Do you want me to show their permit number? If this is TxDOT infrastructure, this comment can be disregarded.
Sheet 2
1. The cut and fill numbers match the calculation of the permitted fill project. Can I just call out the already approved fill permit number and note, rather than show all the
fill areas again? If not it’s going to be very cluttered on the drawing or add more sheets to the set. Include additional sheets as necessary to address this comment. Referencing the
permit is not allowed.
