Richard, I received this today from Alton Ogden. It is proof that he is attempting to combine 11
HCADS into one. He told me he gave this to HCAD back in August 2018 and that HCAD still has not
finalized the request. I have printed a copy and placed on your desk. Please place it in the correct
job file and check if off the checklist as received today. If there is anything else we need from him ,
please let Alton know asap. Thanks
