Bayway Homes is purchasing Block 102 on the Northside. We passed
ZBOA, in LaPorte, on December 6 and are in the utility planning stage
now. I am ordering Centerpoint Power for this City Block and they need
addresses before they can put us into their system for construction.
The Block consists of 32 platted Lots and we are going to build
32 Townhomes similar to what we are building on N 1st St. so I’m needing
32 addresses.
I am attaching a new survey of Block 102.
Please call me with any questions and I can stop by the City if
need be for I’m in LaPorte almost daily.
