Sounds good, thanks. I’m getting Natalie’s email together now.
I did just find that there’s a sliver of a property on the corner of
that property that has the HCAD 0232530730002. It looks like it’s owned
by Harris County and also has the wrong address of 1800 tied to it.

Hey, I talked to Luke and Ms. Smith, they both want quick email
confirmations, and then official letter heads in the morning.

Good morning,
We’ve received a couple calls today about confirming the address for a
property. Both people are seeing 800 W Fairmont Pkwy and 1800 W
Fairmont Pkwy. 1800 is what HCAD has listed. I think it’s probably
800.
The message attached is one of those calls from Luke Fatheree,
713-594-9132. I haven’t spoken to him yet.
The other call was from Charlsey Smith (512-971-9218
csmith@vaqueroventures.com <mailto:csmith@vaqueroventures.com> ). I let
her know I’d pass her information to you because she is wanting an
address verification letter. She gave the HCAD # as 0232530730001.
I’m not sure when you’ll be back in the office, so if there are some
things I can take care of, please let me know.
