Do we have the HCAD paperwork for lots 9 and 10 splitting from 9, 10, 11, and 12 in the attached request?

Is this address just for lots 9 and 10 or is it for 9,10,11, and 12 that are tied to HCAD # 0232060850009?

The attached file contains data that was entered into a form.
The recipient of this data file should save it locally with a unique name. Bluebeam Revu x64 can process this data by importing it back into the blank form.
