Thank you. Do you have any of the emails with Centerpoint that you
could provide us showing the suite 100 address? Normally I would come
up with the address and email Centerpoint to check if it’s available to
use, but you’ve already done that. It will save us a little time so I
don’t have to email them.

Good Morning, Richard and Austin:
There is another storefront in that building and the likelihood of a
tenant occupying the entire building is slim. Therefore, can you assume
there will be multiple tenants in this building when creating the
address.
I listed Project No. 20-00000648 as Suite 100 with Centerpoint.

My reason for asking this was that Austin was going to make it 2020 ½
if it’s only to get a meter added. That’s why we wanted to check first.
I knew it was a huge building so I thought maybe they would add multiple
suites. This may help Austin come up with an address quicker.

Not at this time. The plans show only one office and the rest
warehouse. I can certainly check with the owner to see what their plans
might be for the future and will let you know.

I will start looking into this and should have more information
tomorrow. I need to do some research, look in our system and GIS files,
possibly consult with Centerpoint more, and receive some input from
co-workers. Suite 100 added to the address could potentially be all
that is needed, but I’ll have to look at some resources first.

Good Afternoon Richard:
Jaycee has been so kind as to help me with trying to add a suite number
to a permit and she directed me to you. The plans were submitted as
2020 Hwy 146 but this is a spec space and there is a house meter
already on site. We need another meter for the future tenant. I called
centerpoint to obtain and ESID for the new meter and they informed me
that an ESID was already assigned to 2020 Hwy 146. So they assigned me
one for 2020 Hwy 146, Suite 100. The electrical inspection is tomorrow
and if the permit is released, it won’t say Suite 100.
Is there any way I can add Suite 100 to the Permit No. 20-00000648 so
the permit and Centerpoint are on the same page?
