Ian/Austin, you are correct. The building naturally breaks into 4
suites as you can see by looking at the exterior. We are expecting to
“create” the western endcap when we demise out our suite. Assuming a
left to right scheme, we would naturally be Suite 200. As you
mentioned, there are certainly no guarantees that the building will get
demised into 4 suites or that new suites won’t be further demised in the
future. The 100,200… scheme would seem to provide for the flexibility
to add future suite numbers in between as needed.
We will preliminarily target Suite 200 based on this but we understand
that our suite will not be determined until the city formally deems the
new suite number in connection with our permit applications.
I will await further information regarding the W. Main/Spencer
determination.

From information gathered from the building plans, it seems that the
plan was to have 4 tenant spaces at full build out. What would make
sense to me would be Suite 100, 200, 300, and 400. This allows for
additional suite numbers in between if the building were to be broken up
further. Following this logic, the spot TitleMax is looking to occupy
would then appear to be Suite 200. Does that seem correct Paul?

We are certainly working on the street name discrepancy. For the suite
number, we might able to do a temporary address with the suite number if
we had a good layout of the building showing the full capacity of
suites. The temporary address would still be subject to change pending
permit and/or site plan approval.
Has the full capacity and position of suites been determined for the
building so we can place the desired suite’s temporary address in place?
I saw the streetview graphic in green below, but I wasn’t sure if what
is visible from the outside represents the interior as well.

Austin, thanks for your response. Understood on waiting to assign
addresses when the permits are turned in. However, we are starting
multiple processes in connection with the project- contacting utility
and data providers, required state licensing, generating the proposed
plan set for building permit submittal, sign drawings for submittal,
amongst others.
Right now, we have identified the location as 1112 W. Main St., Suite
TBD, La Porte, TX 77571.
I was mainly reaching out about likely suite numbering/lettering. I
only learned of the possible W. Main/Spencer discrepancy from the email
yesterday. I would definitely like to get the W. Main/Spencer
discrepancy resolved as soon as the city is able. I understand that the
suite number/letter is typically assigned when plans are submitted but
it would be very helpful if there was any possibility of determining the
likely suite number/letter in advance of plan submittal. If this is not
possible, it just creates significant delays in our other processes as
long as we have to keep the suite as TBD.
