I have attached the application you will need, please fill it out completely. Once you have completed the application you can then email it back to permits@laportetx.gov <mailto:permits@laportetx.gov> . We will then process it for review. Our Commercial Plans Examiner has 7-10 business days to review and approve the permit (real estate purpose only zoning permit do not usually take that long). Once it has been approved we will contact you with information on how to pay online(the permit will be $50.00).
