Attached please find a zoning permit for the Fire Pump room at 1842
South 16th Street, La Porte, Texas 77571.
Per my electricity provide we need to have a permit for the fire pump
room as well as the main building. We recently had the building
inspection to get the power restored to the building, however the fire
pump room was not included.
This application is just to have the power restored to the fire pump
room.
Please advise if you have any questions or need any additional
information.

Good Morning,
You will need to apply for a Real Estate Purpose Only zoning permit. I
have attached the application you will need, please fill it out
completely. Once you have completed the application you can then email
it back to permits@laportetx.gov <mailto:permits@laportetx.gov> .
We will then process it for review. Our Commercial Plans Examiner has
7-10 business days to review and approve the permit (real estate purpose
only zoning permit do not usually take that long). Once it has been
approved we will contact you with information on how to pay online(the
permit will be $50.00). Once you have paid for the permit I will email
it your way and we can then schedule the inspections to get the
electricity turned on.
