This was in your area from last week. I added the shopping center
addresses to GIS . They were in NAviline already.
I added a temp address 1440 and centerpoint approved it, however I
never received an address request so I haven't shared it yet.

Here is the location. Please submit an address request and we can
assign an address for him.
These weren’t split into suites just as Fairmont frontage addresses.
All of the shops in that strip are shown with this information in
Naviline:
* under the HCAD 118-986-000-0002
* subdivision “ Kroger- Fairmont Parkway Center”
* Current owner “Fairporte Limited” 2001 Kirby Dr Suite 502
Houston TX 770196046
Does this sound updated? Can we check with Mr. Hooper?
In the meantime, I am checking with Centerpoint for 1440 as an
additional address for this request.

I received a call from the man who owns 1438 W Fairmont Pkwy, they are
planning on splitting this location into two to put two restaurants in
its place. He wanted to know if he needed to have the addresses split
before he submitted the plans, or after. Additionally, this is shopping
center, so I’m not sure how this makes addressing different. Below is
his contact information, if you need any additional information from him
in order to decide when the address needs to be created/changed.
