addresses from Austin Allen? We would like to start submitting loan
requests for permits to our lenders but they work off of property

I’m glad we could finally get a positive outcome! As far as the plat
goes, we will need you to have it printed on mylar and signed by you,
Jon, and the engineer. Once that’s completed and notarized, you can
drop the mylar off along with the Harris County Tax and Goose Creek ISD
tax certs and a $60.00 check. We will get the signatures on our end and
send it off for recordation.
Regarding the SCUP/PUD, assuming you want to move forward as is, we
will place the item on the October PZ meeting agenda. This process
would not prevent you from moving forward with the development of the
Oregon St. portion.
