I have generated an address for the resident as requested and will be emailing her shortly.
Just a thought - If you have to type out all of that information, I recommend you do so in the Address Tracker form. It reduced the amount of effort on all of us.
You could then call my attention to the request that you have work on by sending a email without all the details but just the situation.
When we contribute to the address tracker form by inputting address request details we are not overstepping bounds. This is called efficiency. We are keeping track of all address requests
with that tracker so at some point the information should go in there. It doesn't matter if it's you are I who input it.
As far as processing and 'counting' KPI... due to our addressing split policy it is best that each of us update in our own areas to reduce the room for error when you merge datasets
at the end of the week.
