Malik,
For their new house, will it be placed at the center of the lots ? Or
off to one side? I guess to answer your question, I think HCAD will
retain one of those addresses for the property and it will defacto
become the new home address unless we assign it otherwise. Ideally, yes,
all new construction would have an address evaluation. This is a perfect
example of the previous addresses not being ideal if the home is place
on lot 9.
