There can only be one main parcel address per HCAD number, but other addresses can be attached to an HCAD number. They have an asterick. I wonder if a CO requires a main parcel address. I went to go put in an address request for it and got this error code: I filled out all the fields and even had Malik confirm that I did, but this error code would not go away. I am going to update the HCAD number and legal description in NaviLine for it. Please let me know if/when I need to redo my address request so we can get this GIS point! Or off to one side? I guess to answer your question, I think HCAD will retain one of those addresses for the property and it will defacto become the new home address unless we assign it otherwise. Ideally, yes, all new construction would have an address evaluation.
