4 <br />10"N, <br />NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING <br />REGARDING THE LA PORTE FIRE CONTROL, PREVENTION, AND <br />EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DISTRICT BUDGET <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of La Porte will hold a public <br />hearing on the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services <br />District's adopted budget for 2021-2022 fiscal year on the 231 day of August 2021, in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, <br />beginning at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to <br />comment on the overall budget. <br />The City of La Porte must, by requirements of Texas Local Government Code Section <br />344.205(a) and (b), adopt or reject the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency <br />Medical Services District budget not later than the 30`h day before the date the fiscal year <br />begins.
