1) An RME from Mickie Services & Brigade Fire Solutions shall be onsite for the Fire Marshal's
final inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
a. This Under -Ground Fire Protection system shall be installed by (Mickie Services &
Brigade Fire Solutions).
2) ALL Thrust.Blocks excavations shall be clearly visible for inspections but thrust blocks shall not
be poured. Refer to item 6-a below for details.
3) Under -Ground Fire Protection system in its entirety to terminate P above grade.
4) The tamper and flow switches shall be tied into the building fire alarm.
5) The Above -Ground Fire Protection system shall not be tied into the UG Fire Protection system
until the UG system has been flushed and passed by this office. The Above -Ground Fire Protection
system shall be removed from the Under -Ground Fire Protection system for flushing and Hydro
Testing.
