Additional Information: These ate cylindrical horizontal tanks for underground storage of flammable liquids at atmospheric
pressure. They are fabricated by coating a UL 58 tank with a polyuredume costing. The coating is a
two part mix that combines to become the FbreThime or the PlbreThane Plus (Corvecote Plus)
coating. The tanks are to be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and NFPA
30. Flammable and Combustible Liquid Code
Only those products bearing the UL Willing Mark should be considered as being
covered by UL's Lksling and Follow -Up Service.

The question: "Does this sign meet the sight triangle
requirements?"
The answer: 1. The sign will be elevated, the support poles will not
create a significant obstruction.
2. The intersection is a controlled intersection.
3. The road is a Highway service road and a one way.
These three reasons point to the sign being a non -issue as a sight
triangle obstruction.

The Recaseed Scottsdale Is offered with three optical system - the High Impact Lens,
the Low Profile Lens end the Focus Optics.
HOUSING • One -place, water -tight, dle-formed aluminum housing with powder boated
finish. Conduit knock-out(s) allows for easy wiring.
DOOR FRAMEJDOOR FASTENER - Features an integral hinged, die-cast aluminum
door frame. Door franc closes and locks with stainlass steel spring catch. With
High Impact and Low Profile lens, this allows easy access for ground relamping.
INSTALLATION • Easily Installed In two easy, ceps once a hole Is cut Into the canopy.
The fixture is opened to remove the lamp and reflector for wiring. Once the
wiring is complete, these components are retumed; the fixture is closed and lifted
up through the canopy hole. The fixture Is secured by 8 screws drilled Into the
mounting flange.
LIGHT SOURCES - Pulat-Stan Metal Halide or PAR 38 Metal Halide
BALLASTS - High -power factor type balla&e. Pulae-Stan Metal Halide fbtures feature
Super CWA ballasts 100 Wan Metal Halide features NX-HPF ballasts. Ballasts are
designed for •20 degree F operation.
FINISH • Standard color is a white power cost finish. Each fixture Is finished
with LSIb DumGdpO p*eater powder coat finishing process. The DuraGrip finish
withstands extreme weather changes without crwWng or peeling, and is guaranteed
for five full years.
WARRANTY • The Remo Scottsdale carries a comprehensive 5 year warranty on
all pane, finish, wotkmenship and electrical components (excluding lamp).
PHOTOMETRICS • For detailed photometric data, contact LSI Petroleum Lighting
Belles.
HIGH IMPACT LENS -
LENS/GASKET - Dropped boroslllcabs prismatic glass lens with a contlmrous ono-
piece extruded high temperature gasket to ensure maximum sealing to the housing.
REFLECTORS/DISTRIBUTION PATTERNS - Symmetrical highly specular reflector
which directs light into the borosillosts prismatic glass lens. A vertical bum
optical system provides a uniform dlshlbution of light, reduces hot spots and
adds additional illumination to vertical surfaces. Internal shielding and soft lighting
diffusion accessories are available. The High Impact Lens Is recommended when
higher levels of illumination are required to compete with surrounding businesses.

This report presents the results of an asbestos survey conducted at two gasoline filling
station canopies located at 1103 West Main Street, LaPorte, Harris County, Texas. This
study was authorized by Mr. Bob Kastetter of Eclipse USA, LLC, and has been
performed for the client to locate, to identify, and to assess the condition of accessible
asbestos -containing materials (ACM) which may be present in the canopies building
materials of two canopies located at the subject site. The site survey was conducted on
April 22, 2005, by Colin Melson, (a Texas Department of Health licensed inspector,
License #60-2248) of GEO Environmental Consultants, Inc. The survey included
observation of accessible areas and sampling of suspected ACM associated with the site's
two canopies.
The subject property is improved with a gasoline filling station, a retail food store
building and attached canopy, a freestanding canopy, and a paved parking/driveway area.
The current survey was limited to the two exterior canopies where future
demolition/renovation is planned. All other interior and exterior sections of the site
building where no demolition/renovations are planned were not included in thi

The survey conducted at the above referenced site was designed to identify the presence
of ACM associated with the subject sites canopies. The building materials suspected of
ACM were grouped into homogeneous sampling areas based upon uniform texture, color,
appearance, and construction date. Each of the homogeneous areas were then classified
into surfacing (such as fireproofing spray, acoustic ceilings, or textured ceilings), thermal
systems (such as piping, boilers, or ducts), or miscellaneous (ceiling and floor tiles, or
roofing felt). Each suspected material was determined to be friable (easily crushed or

The physical assessment consisted of evaluating the condition of the suspected material
and the potential for future disturbances. The current condition of observed friable
material was visually evaluated to be in good condition (that suspected ACM is intact and
no obvious debris had fallen), damaged (that suspected ACM is less than one tenth
damaged of an evenly distributed area), or significantly damaged (that suspected ACM is
one tenth or more damaged of an evenly distributed area). The potential for disturbance
for suspected ACM was based on the following definitions: (1) Low --the material was
not exposed, accessible or subject to vibration or erosion, (2) Moderate --infrequent
exposure, access, vibration or air erosion present but not obstructive, and (3) High --the
material was often exposed, accessible, or subject to vibration or air erosion. According

A total of fifteen (15) samples were collected from the suspected ACM, including
sheetrock, textured paint, roofing shingles, and tar paper. The selected samples were
immediately placed in plastic zip lock bags, appropriately labeled, and the sampling
vicinity was cleaned. Prior to taking the sample, the location and type of sampling
material being sampled was noted in the note pad. Approximate sample locations are
presented in Figure 1. Equipment and material used for asbestos sampling included
gloves, a sharp knife, amended water (one teaspoon liquid dish soap per quart of tap
water) in a spray bottle, cleaning towels, a bag for disposal of cleaning towels, zip
lock plastic bags, bag markers, a note pad, and a camera. The selected samples under
chain of custody were delivered to the laboratory and were analyzed for asbestos by
Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) in accordance with EPA proto
2.2 Sample Analysis:
The analytical work was performed by EMSL Analytical, Inc., a Texas Department of
Health (TDH) licensed and EPA/NVLAP accredited laboratory. The EPA 600
Method (Determination of Asbestos in Bulk Building Materials, EPA/R-93/116, July,
1993) was used for asbestos analysis. Components of non -homogeneous samples
were analyzed separately and combined in proportion to their relative abundance. For
layered materials, such as floor tiles and mastic, results of each layer were reported
separately if asbestos was detected in one or more layers. Percentages of asbestos

reported ate based on calibrated microscopic visual inspection. The samples were �f
analyzed by using a Nikon Labophot POL or Olympus BH-2 microscope. Standard
oil immersion and optical staining techniques were used.
The laboratory analysis of the samples indicated that all of the samples tested non -
detectable levels of ACM. According to the EPA Federal Register Volume 52, No.
210, Page 41849, materials containing more that I % asbestos should be designated as
asbestos -containing materials (ACM). The certified copies of sampling results are
presented in Appendix A, and the laboratory reports are tabulated in Tap}�Ep p1ANS

2.3 Conclusions and Recommendations:

Based upon the information obtained during this asbestos survey, all ofCx es tested
non -detectable levels of asbestos. The site appears to have low risk with respect to

asbestos containing materials (ACM). Geo Environmental Consultants, Inc.,
recommends no additional studies at this time.
The current survey was limited to the two on -site canopies where future
demolition/renovations are planned. Other sections of the site where no renovation or
demolition is planned were not inspected during this survey at the request of the client.
Prior to conducting any renovations or demolition in the sections of the site building or
any suspected ACM that were not included in the current survey, a comprehensive
asbestos survey should be conducted to identify possible friable/non-friable ACM. If
ACM is identified, abatement of ACM should be conducted by a licensed asbestos
abatement contractor. If any additional information is known or encountered concerning
the site, it should be forwarded to Geo's office for possible re-evaluation of our
conclusions.
