I have copied Brian so he can assist us with this address. On 05-15-12, a contractor obtained a building permit for "1231 S. 8'h St". That permit was for rehab of lift station #6 & permit notes identified a separate permit was required for plumbing & electrical work. As of this date, no plumbing or electrical contractor has obtained a city permit. Also, no inspections have been requested by the building contractor. We can't assist without prior addresses/permits/inspection. Perhaps Dave can assist in having contractors obtain permits/inspection - since it deals with a lift station?
