We further understand that the temporary utilities may be disdonnected for any violation of the Code. The General contractor and owner assume the responsibility for any violation of any -city ordinance by the sub -contractor. Temporary electrical permits are+in force for 3 months (90 days). If more time is required to complete the building, a new application shall be submitted by a licensed electrical contractor and be accompanied by the temporary electrical permit fee. The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold forever harmless the City of La Porte, its officiers, and employees from any and all claims or causes of action alleged to have' been caused directly or indirectly by the temporary use of utilities for which this application is made. I also understand that this request will not be issued until all permits required for the building have been issued. I hereby agree to abide by all provisions of the Electrical Code.
