One of these files is the Seabreeze Phase I Project. Debbie Wilmore is showing that a final Inspection (from the Inspection Department) was never completed, and a certificate of occupancy was never issued. After reviewing the project file and correspondence files, I could not find a letter from either the Architect or City stating we accept the project, and the date of the warranty beginning. I only found a certificate of substantial completion, which is not acceptable from Inspection's standpoint. I would recommend that the City (Doug Kneupper or Reagan McPhail) or Architect write a letter of acceptance for this project, and have the Inspection Department dose this file.
