As per your request, I visited the above referenced site and met with Mr. Snyder, the contractor in
charge of placing the reclaimed asphalt material parking lot.
Mr. Snyder showed me a test procedure he performed on a sample of the material, and how he
determined that there is a very low percentage of base material attached to the asphalt, and tested the
road surface by riding his 14on pick-up truck and turning at a high rate of speed and showed nodust
flying around it.
This makes me determine that the parking lot surface was actually built with a dustfree material
And in fad the parking lot is dust free.

executed 28th day of January, 1999, said tract .being out of the
Enoch Brinson Survey, A-5, Harris County, Texas. The ten foot
(10) wide easement along the Easterly and Southerly boundaries
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument, reported found on the
Northeast corner of the 3.81 acre tract and the westerly line of
State Highway 146, also the Southeast corner of the Highway 146 &
225 Limited Partnership, 26.720 acre tract described in H.C.C.F.
