Martinez CC: Reagan McPhail IDat aiaaooz Rm Trans Gulf Parking Lot Tommy: As per your request, I visited the above referenced site and met with Mr. Snyder, the contractor in charge of placing the reclaimed asphalt material parking lot. Mr. Snyder showed me a test procedure he performed on a sample of the material, and how he determined that there is a very low percentage of base material attached to the asphalt, and tested the road surface by riding his 14on pick-up truck and turning at a high rate of speed and showed nodust flying around it. This makes me determine that the parking lot surface was actually built with a dustfree material And in fad the parking lot is dust free.
