Secure potable tempered water to all restrooms in complex. 2. Provide a copy of the BAC-T test so my office. 3. Install and inspect and pass inspection on the sewer tanks. 4. Modify the letter submitted for temporary use to include the office premise sign required by the Fire Marshal's office for addressing. We will grant you a TCO for 30 days, then revisit the site to see if power has been installed. If power is installed before the 30 days, please call us and reschedule the final inspection. We are still trying to determine the best way to provide water to the site. We have approval from the owner of the sandblast yard north of us to tie -into their well (not city water), which would provide non -potable water to the complex. If this is not possible, we would install a tank and pump system (non -potable) that would be tied into the complex for the restropms. Potable water for the com;,.-., will be bottled water. We know the plumbing in incomplete and the meter not installed, but this would not/should not prevent us from utilizing the office complex until these items are completed. As stated below, we will call for a final inspection once these items are complete. Is there any way possible to allow us into utilize this complex? Centerpoint is running behind on getting us our permanent power, but we are running the complex on a temporary generator. Centerpoint should have the permanent power install in the next few weeks. The electrical final inspection for this site has been completed and approved. We would like to occupy the complex as we have started construction work in the field. Once Centerpoint has completed their work and installed the permanent power, we will call for another inspection to ensure everything is up to code.
