As I mentioned to you yesterday afternoon, Milton Hill at CenterPoint Energy has informed us that it could take up to eight weeks before they can provide power to our location. This development does put us in quite a bind. Our lease on our current location expires on March 31, 2009. I am requesting that the City of La Porte grant us a temporary Certificate of Occupancy until CenterPoint can provide us with power. I hope that Associated Carriers has demonstrated to this point that we are trying to comply with all of the City of La Porte's rules and regulations. You asked me yesterday if noise from a gen- erator would disturb any of our neighbors. I have provided an Arial photograph of neighbor- hood and made some notations on it for your convenience.
