Dear Bill Campbell,
In response to your request for public services to your proposed development on Tract 3, Abstract 35, J Hunter, the
Planning Dept has determined the following:
1. Address: The address, 1801 West "M" Street, has been assigned to the property in question.
2. Zoning: This property is currently zoned LI.
*3. Calvert/Drainage: An 1811RCP culvert is required for your driveway on West"" Street. The lot should be
developed to ensure proper drainage into the area drainage system. Contact Public Works
at (281) 471-9650 regarding installation after purchasing culvert.
**4. Water. Water service is available. A 8" water line runs north to south along the west boundary
of Block 1176.
The nearest fire hydrant is located on the north ROW of West "M" Street, at the Alley of
*A�k Block 1141, 250' north of the property in question.
San Sewer: Sewer service is not available. An extension of the City's Sewer Line, along the south
ROW of West "M" Street, will be required to service the property in question. Contact
Brian Sterling at (281) 470-5059 for information regarding Utility Extensions.

17. Effective March 10, 2007, all electrical devices (including but not limited to outlets and
switches) shall be installed with the screw -wrap or approved screcvr&xnp installation.
