1) Additional requirements of the 2015 International Fire Code (IIFC) may apply per tenant occupancy and
use.
2) 2015 IFC, Section 1010.1.10.1 Installation -All Exit doors shall have Fire/Panic hardware installed prior to final
inspection;
a) Egress doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key, special knowledge or
effort and shall not require tight grasping, tight pinching or twisting of the wrist to operate.
b) Panic hardware shall be in accordance with UL 305.
c) Fire Exit hardware shall be in accordance with UL 10C and UL 305.
3) 2015 IFC, Section 1013.1 -Ensure all exit doors and egress path have proper Exit/Emergency lights per the 2015
IFC. Exit/Emergency lights shall be installed prior to the Fire Marshal's fmal inspection.
4) 2015 IFC, Section 1008.3.2 Buildings - Emergency lights shall be installed on the interior and exterior areas of
the egress doors prior to the Fire Marshal's final inspection.
5) 2015 IFC, Sec 906.3 -Fire Extinguishers shall be mounted at all exit doors as well as every 75' of travel from the
exit doors including all floors prior to the Fire Marshal's final inspection. Refer to Sec 906.3 to determine the
actual Fire Extinguishers size/type that this location will require.
6) 2015 IFC, Sec 505.1 — Address identification shall be installed, visible from the street and maintained with a
minimum of 4" tall letters.
7) Building will require a "Final" inspection by the Fire Marshal's Off to moving any personnel into
