request the use of temporary utilities for construction and the testing of equipment, I understand that this in
no way gives me permission to occupy or use for storage purposes any building or portion thereof unless
permits on the building or portion to be occupied had been inspected, approved, and a Certificate of
Occupancy issued. We further understand that the temporary utilities may be disconnected for any violation
of the Code. The General Contractor and owner assume the responsibility for any violation of any city
ordinance by the sub -contractor.
Temporary electrical permits are in force for 3 months (90 days). If more time is required to complete the
building, a new application shall be submitted by a licensed electrical contractor and be accompanied by the
temporary electrical permit fee.

completed my review and I have two minor corrections that you can just email me the two corrected pages and I can
add them to the revised plans.
Page GOOS: Still mentions using bottled water instead of a water fountain. Please correct that and include the water
fountain in your fixture count.
Page P-401: The CW line size for the EDF-1 is listed as 31/2". Please correct the line size.
Also, has a Zoning Permit been applied for, for Suite 100? It was one of my requirements and I am unable to find it in the
system.
I have included a Zoning Permit with this email in case one has not been submitted.
