Mr. Carr,
We have reviewed your construction drawings for code compliance and the following items are
required to be resolved or addressed before a building permit can be issued. Once you have
revised your plans please submit as a complete package in duplicate and provide a written
response to each plan review comment noted below.
1. New tenant "Set point Intergrated Solutions" needs to complete and submit a Zoning
Permit application that will be processed and issued at the same time as the building
permit.
2. Please furnish copy of General Contractor business card, prior to permit issuance.
3. General Contractor to furnish Certificate of Insurance that indicates the City of La Porte
as a Certificate Holder, prior to permit issuance.
4. The drawings (cover page) needs to list all currently adopted codes of the City of La
Porte that the drawings have been designed to comply with.
5. Separate permits required for all new Electrical & HVAC (FYI)
6. Correct on the cover page from 2009 to 2012 International Building Code.
7. Please see attached Fire Marshal Plan Review Comments for your use.
