Attached is a copy of the drawing for the PCR building which was inadvertently left out of your review package. The drawing contains the revised wind design information of the building to meet 120 mph. The PCR building wind load was certified by Charles Dahl and George Nolin, both P.E.'s in the State of Texas. The pump canopy, being an open air structure, has been designed and analyzed for the 120 mph wind loads as well and is herein certified as such. The "suggested piers" as described in M&M Coastal drawing 07-1029-A06 to support the PCR building are actually existing concrete footings (piers is M&M's terminology). The existing concrete footings (piers) as installed are of adequate design and strength to properly support the buildings and associated equipment and are in full compliance with all applicable design and code requirements.
