(LOFLIN) has completed a limited asbestos survey at the above referenced building. The purpose of M work was to Identify the presence and quantity of asbestos containing materials within the building and assess those that may be disturbed by buiding renovation. This work was performed on May 11, 2006. Visual observation of the space revealed floor the and mastic, sheet vinyl (linoleum flooring, acous" ceiling file and joint compound as the only suspect materials, nepresentative samples of these materials were collected and submitted to LOFLIN's Houston laboratory for asbestos analysis. All were analyzed using Polarized Light Microsoopy (PLM) coupled with dispersion staining in accordance with EPA's Wathod For The Determination Of Asbestos In Bulk Samptes" EPA 600/R-931116, July IM. Based on laboratory analysts, none of the sampled materials were found to contain asbestos. Attached Is a table of laboratory results.
