1. All portions and aspects of the "storage building" must be removed entirely from the
property.
2. No debris or trash may be left on the property for "heavy trash" pickup or regular trash
pickup.
3. All dumpsters or roll -off dumpsters must be entirely on your property.
4. The storage building must be entirely removed and discarded by 8/14/14.
5. The slab (concrete built up), if not built on existing parking area, must be removed
entirely and brought back to level.
6. Per our meeting 8/6/14, this building is just concrete and wood. No sheetrock, no tile,
no asbestos containing materials of any kind.
7. An inspection of the site will be required when building removal is completed. Please
call RJ Davidson @ 281-470-5066 to schedule inspection.
