Landrum has requested that I prepare and forward to you, City of La Porte industrial district agreements for the six (6) year term commencing January 1, 1995, for the Conoco terminal on the DuPont plant site at La Porte, Texas, on the north side of Strang Road. It is my understanding that this facility is known as the Conoco Transportation Terminal. I would appreciate if you would have the enclosed two copies of this agreement signed by an authorized corporate officer, and then return to me for approval by La Porte City Council, after which I will send you a fully signed copy and a certified copy of the approval ordinance. Please attach to each copy of the contract, a plat or drawing, showing the legal description of the transportation terminal site. As you know DuPont has a similar contract with the City of La Porte, and Mr. Landrum will work with you to make sure that there is no duplication between the two contracts.
