The Easement and the lights and privileges herein granted are and abate be perpetual and
irrevocable. Granted may assign, transfer, or otherwise convey this Easement in whole or in part. This
Easement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Taxer. Venue is in Hams County.
The easement, rights and privileges granted herein are non excluaiva and the Grantor reserves and
retiree the right to use the Easement property for all purposes which do not unreasonably interfere with the
