This Correction Instrument for Right -of -Way Dedication Deed is being executed and recorded in
order to correct that certain Right -of -Way Dedication Deed dated August 21, 2020, and recorded on
September 15, 2020, under Harris County Clerk's File No. RP-2020-433478, wherein by error or
mistake the paragraph labeled "4" of the metes and bounds description of the conveyed property used
the word "West" instead of "East". The correct metes and bounds description of the conveyed
property is described and illustrated on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and incorporated by
reference herein by reference, for all purposes.
Other than the correction set forth above, the Right -of -Way Dedication Deed referenced above is
correct and remains in full force and effect.
Effective the , day of NOVEMBER, 2020.

Harris County. 'Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows;
COMMENCING, at a three eighths inch iron rod found marking the most southeasterly corner
of l.ot 24, Block 53. said La Porte Resubdivision of Blocks 37 to 60, being in the westerly line of
71" Street (60 foot wide) said COMMENCING point having a Texas State Plane Coordinate
System. South Central Zone (4204) a Value of N= 13,811,074.97, E= 3,230,058.04 (Grid) said
system the basis of bearing;
THENCE, South 03 degrees 18 minutes 45 seconds East, along the westerly line of said 7`h
Street, for a distance of 135.23 feet to a set five eighths inch iron rod with cap stamped `4085'
for the POINT OF BEGINNING;
