A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS,
DESIGNATING CITY REPRESENTATIVES TO THE HOUSTON-GALVESTON AREA
COUNCIL (H-GAC) 2025 GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS;
FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA PORTE, TEXAS, THAT:
I. The following be and we hereby designated as the representative and alternate of the General
Assembly of the Houston -Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) for the year 2025:

ALTERNATE
2. They are hereby designated as the representative and alternate to the Board of Directors of the
Houston -Galveston Area Council for the year 2025.
3. The Executive Director of the Houston -Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) he notified of the
designation of the hereinabove named delegate and alternate.
