' <br /> <br />Grantor excepts herefrom and reserves unto Grantor, <br />Grantor's heirs, successors and assigns an undivided one-fourth <br />(l/4)'interest in and to a non-exclusive easement for water and <br />sewer lines over and across that certain ten-foot wide tract of' <br /> <br />land described in Exhibit "c" attached hereto and made a part <br /> <br />hereof. (The land. described in Exhibits liB" and "e" attached <br /> <br />. , <br />hereto is sometimes collectively referred to herein as the <br />"Eas'ement Area"). <br /> <br />Grantor ,further excepts here from and reserves unto <br />Grantor and Grantor's heirs, successors and assigns, an undivided <br /> <br />one-fourth (1/4) interest in and to all of the oil, gas, sulphur <br /> <br />and other minerals, whether similar or not, in, oil, or under and <br /> <br />.---- <br />
