<br />plat thereof recorded at Volume 58, page 462, Deed Records
<br />of Harris County, Texas. SAVE AND EXCEPT,- GRANTORS reserve
<br />for and unto themselves, their heirs, executors and assigns,
<br />in their proportionate shares, a total of an undivided one-
<br />fourth (1/4) interest in all oil, gas or other minerals in,
<br />under and that may be produced from the property.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described property, together

<br />with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in

<br />anywise belonging to such said GRANTEE, its heirs and assigns

<br />forever; and we do hereby bind our heirs, executors and administra-
<br />tors to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said pro-
