Also sometimes known as Lots <br />25-32, both inclusive, Block 1437, Town of LaPorte, Texas. <br />Said tract being the the North one-half of the tract convey- <br />ed by deed R. W. Knqblauch to M. P. Sullivan, dated April <br />24, 1929 and recorded in Volume 795, Page 715, and by deed <br />M. P. Sullivan to E. E. Fayle, dated February 27, 1943 and <br />recorded in Volume 1260, page 655, both of the Deed Records <br />of Harris County, Texas.
