WeE!ns, Et. AI., which has been recorded <br />under Harris County Clerk's file No. K59829~, and the City's OWner Title policy <br />in the amount of the purchase price, $22,956.~~, subject only to the matters shown <br />thereon. . ' <br /> <br />The original Deed and Title Policy should be put in the City's pennanent Real <br />Estate Records. ' . <br /> <br />The following additional steps should be taken by the City: <br /> <br />1) The City was credited with tax proration to the date of the Deed, <br />June 11, 1986, at closing.
