Deprez, Et. AI., which has been recorded under <br />Harris County Clerk's file No.K64736~, and the City's OWner Title Policy in the <br />amount of the purchase price, $1l,5~~.~~, subject only to the matters shown <br />thereon. . <br /> <br />The original Deed and Title policy should be put in the City's permanent Real <br />Estate Records. <br /> <br />The following additional steps should be taken by the City: <br /> <br />1) The City was credited with tax proration to the date of the Deed, <br />June 2~, 1986, at closing. The City should obtain 1986 tax bills, <br />when available, fran each of the taxing agencies, on a prorated <br />basis fran January 1, 1986 through June 20, 1986, and pay the same. <br /> <br />2) The City should notify the Harris County Appraisal Di~trict of this <br />Purchase, and ask that the property be rendered in the name of the <br />Ci ty of LaPorte, and placed on the exempt rolls. <br /> <br />It was a pleasure to have been of service to you in this, matter. <br /> <br />a;~lY' <br /> <br />Knox W.
